Although the lessons are available for asynchronous viewing, we synchronize the program’s progression by aligning the content with the cohort coaching sessions.

Leadership Group Cohort Coaching

Enroll in the certificate program and supercharge your leadership journey with our dynamic group cohort coaching sessions. These sessions go beyond the ordinary, propelling your leadership growth by fostering spirited discussions, networking opportunities, collaborative problem-solving, and real-world application. In the healthcare edition, we focus discussions on relevant trends and challenges in healthcare settings.

In our program, learning is a dynamic, two-way experience. You’ll dive into our exclusive Coaching Corner activities immediately following each lesson. Weekly Mentoring Emails

Exposure to information may feel invigorating but will prove ineffective if the information is not applied.

Weekly mentoring emails prompt participants to take action and apply concepts while also inspiring and celebrating progress.

Common Questions

Upcoming Group Cohort Program:

  • Onboarding December 14, 2023
  • Official program starts in January.
  • 1st Group Cohort is January 11th at 1:00 – 2:30 pm Central US

We offer two payment options.

  • One Full Payment – $2499
  • Payment Option: Four (4) equal payments of $718.25. Automatic payments occur every 30 days until 4 payments have been completed.

The total program length is approx. 5 months.

Program pace and requirements:

  • Attend 1 Onboarding Zoom Call.
  • Complete 2 learning modules per month (6 lessons).
  • Attend 2 group cohort zoom sessions per month. Each group coaching session is 90 minutes.
  • Complete all coaching corner activities.
  • Attend one 20-minute post-course debrief.

Participants who register for The Leadership Accelerator Cohort program have access to the online modules for one (1) year from the date of registration.

  4. As we approach the start of the cohort, you’ll receive:
    • An invitation to the Onboarding session – Please hold the onboarding time on your calendar – December 14th 11 am – 11:45 am to Central Time
    • Access to the learning portal will be sent approximately 1 weeks before onboarding.
    • Zoom class details will be sent approximately 2 weeks before the first class. 
    • Class schedule: 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 1 – 2:30 pm Central

The Leadership Accelerator Program is a certificate program that awards participants with a certificate of participation. This is a value-added asset and can be framed, added to achievement or HR files to demonstrate participation in leadership-centric development programs. 

The EI Edge Certification program is has a strong emotional intelligence foundation and requires participants to demonstrate the ability to apply the leadership essential principles.

Application ability is demonstrated in two ways.

First, the group certification coaching sessions involve learning labs designed to stretch leaders.

Second, the certification exam reinforces the leaders’ ability to nimbly apply the principles in scenario-based situations.

We understand life does not stop because you are enrolled in this program.

To achieve the greatest possible outcomes, students are required to attend at least 75% of the group coaching sessions in person.
